Zoom Drain

Was having a plumbing problem for quite some time in my utility sink. This is a great company to go to. Preston was very knowledgeable, professional and quickly resolved the issue. I would give 10 stars, but only allowed 5! Highly recommend!!

I had a small leak coming from the kitchen sink pipes under my counter, I have no knowledge about how to assess or fix anything when it comes to plumbing so I called my landlord. My landlord chose this company to come to the home and fix. The following business day, I was able to meet with Preston. A friendly and easy going employee who came in and easily was able to assess the issue. He then explained simply what the issue was to me so I could understand and then fixed the problem so that I was back in action in my kitchen. The whole interaction only took about 15-20 minutes which was nice. Overall was satisfied with the service. Thank you!

I had a weekend plumbing issue. Called and was told they would be out the next morning. Due to a scheduling mishap they made it out by the afternoon on a Sunday. To apologize they gave me a discount which was very much appreciated. The tech was able to figure out that I was having an issue with a blocked vent rather than a clog. Very professional, kind, and responsive. Would recommend to anyone and will call again in the future if needed. Happy with the outcome. Good company!

These guys are great!! Owner Kyle answered phone early on a Saturday morning and tech was at my home within a few hours time!! Tech Preston was friendly and informative and laid out all the details of what was needed and what the price would be before beginning any work. Completed work in a half hours time and drain was clear and all was working great. He even recommended ways for me to help keep my drains clear going forward. Very professional and trustworthy all around, I fully recommend them for all your needs!!
